"She does not realize that she is stuck, during this period they are only busy grabbing things and trying to grab them."

A mother of a 7 month old daughter.

"It also looks stylish, most of the arches that babies lie under look cheap or ugly that you don't want them in your room."

Multiwalker was (part of) the graduation project of Giselle Duits. The Multiwalker was created from thorough preliminary research – competition research, the motor development of a child, development and testing of prototypes. The prototype of the Multiwalker has been very enthusiastically received by consumers: from young parents and grandparents to child care professionals.

''A friend of mine has a son with weak muscle tone and will probably not walk before his 2nd birthday. He is now 1.5 and still crawling. When he stands he prefers to lean against something. So maybe the Multiwalker would stimulate him better''.

"My daughter has crawled herself, but I have an acquaintance who has a 10-year-old son and a 4-year-old daughter who have all skipped crawling. The eldest has difficulty reading at school) dyslexia." not crawling as a baby probably has something to do with it''

My son is now 25 months old and his upper body has developed faster than the lower body. The muscles of his lower body are still too weak. He cannot stand/walk on his own. He has been in therapy for a while (baby physiotherapy). He picked up crawling fairly quickly. If I had had the Multiwalker  at the time, I think it would have been a bit easier."

A mother of son Gayan, 25 months.

''I think the Multiwalker will also be a good support in the crawling phase. Crawling is very important for the development of a child's motor skills. By crawling, they learn to move their limbs independently, which means that they are also able to turn a lid off a pot (hold one hand still, move the other) at a later age. Coincidentally I have a nephew who had to learn to crawl with a therapist at the age of 7 because he lacked these skills. So the Multiwalker  could be a good recommendation to stimulate your child with this''

“Our daughter is almost 13 months old and is not crawling, sliding or walking. She sits somewhere and doesn't move. Lying on her stomach is a drama. Yet we do that regularly, because she is clearly ready to see a bit more of the world than what she has within reach. While protesting (but we won't let it become a drama) there is now progress in her crawling skills: she gets on her knees and tries something. Nowadays she wants to walk more, but because she can't stand (and can't sit down either) she needs help with that. Maybe the Multiwalker  can offer a good solution''

"My daughter was a bottom shifter and, according to my children's physiotherapist, had to learn to crawl. According to the physiotherapist, it has not been proven that if your child does not crawl, the motor skills are not well developed. It is, however, that crawling is important for the development of the hips. That is why we have a tried to teach her to crawl. Tip from our physiotherapist: put the baby on all fours, put a soft ball between her stomach and the ground and then try to move her. What really helped: we put Leonie on her stomach , across the changing table cushion, so that the raised edges were under her armpits. Or we put her on the floor with a rolled towel under her armpits. She had support and held the prone position much longer. So I think that with the Multiwalker  makes the crawling phase easier, instead of with a ball or pillow!''
